Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Graceful Living Designs, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Service Description
Graceful Living Designs provides professional home decor and interior design services including consultation, space planning, furniture selection, color coordination, and styling services.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their project requirements, timely feedback on design proposals, and payment according to agreed terms. Clients must also ensure access to the property for consultations and installations.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit is required to commence work, with final payment due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, plans, and materials created by Graceful Living Designs remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for their specific project.
Limitation of Liability
Graceful Living Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
